Louis’ Luncheonette is set to open its fourth location near the water reservoirs in Rock Forest. The new restaurant is scheduled to open in late fall 2025.

Peter Cassar, co-owner of Louis’ Luncheonette, confirmed the property was officially purchased on April 28, 2023. “We want to expand to Rock Forest so that the people in the area can have faster access to our restaurants, without having to travel downtown or east,” said Peter Cassar. They broke ground last week.

Drive-thru service

A key aspect of this new restaurant is the addition of an innovative drive-thru. “The goal is also to offer drive-thru service. People ask for it constantly on social media,” noted Peter Cassar.

More than 35 years after the construction of the last Louis’ Luncheonette downtown, this expansion marks a new milestone for the company, to the delight of Rock Forest foodies.
