We would like to let you know that the green shift that is one of our priorities has been underway for more than 2 months in our three restaurants. The time was needed to allow us to sell off our inventory, which was very high. Now, most of our take-out containers are compostable and biodegradable. Within a few weeks, straws and poutine containers will be replaced with biodegradable and/or compostable containers at our three locations.

With this green shift, Louis’ wants to offer the best eco-responsible choice to its customers.
