Louis’ and Taverne Alexandre restaurants sold!
After 52 years of passion, Pierre Ellyson, owner of Louis’ restaurants in Sherbrooke, announced that he is passing the torch to brothers Matthew and Peter Cassar, current owners of SherWeb, which specializes in cloud solutions.
The decision was taken only a few months ago… unlike the Cassar brothers’ decision to acquire the chain of restaurants that goes back almost 2 years.
Pierre Ellyson: “Last summer, in July, we were at the cottage with my grandson, on the dock, we were getting ready to go fishing and that's when he told me ‘Grandpa, I want to go fishing with you every day…’ well… that's when I made up my mind.”
