Christian Fréchette did not take the offer of owners Peter and Matthew Cassar lightly. With his trusty apron always in his car, he doesn't hesitate to help his colleagues prepare burgers at the grill at Louis’ or serve a beer or two behind the bar at Taverne Alexandre. “I enjoy doing it!” added with a smile the former chef of high-end kitchen Da Toni.
